Key Responsibilities

Prepare precise and comprehensive technical drawings and specifications
Support the preparation and submission of planning and building regulation applications
Collaborate effectively with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
Conduct site visits and provide technical support during the construction phase
Ensure all designs and documentation comply with current UK Building Regulations and industry best practiceSkills & Experience

HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology (or equivalent)
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Experience delivering residential and commercial projects
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
