The Role
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Business Development Manager will develop and deliver new business sales, manage key accounts, and build long-term strategic relationships. Performance is measured against monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Win profitable new business and exceed sales targets.

Manage a sales territory and prospect pipeline.

*

Identify and pursue new tendering opportunities.

*

Maintain and develop Key Account relationships, ensuring plans are updated and client needs are met.

*

Liaise with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer service and support finance with credit control queries.

*

Prepare and present performance reports to management.

*

Attend sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.

*

Maintain professional standards with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications / Experience

Previous experience in waste management or recycling is desirable
