Site Agent

Ganymede Solutions

This isn’t your standard Site Agent role.

This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a range of projects from the very earliest stages (ECI), ensuring each site is fully prepared for construction.

As a Site Agent, you’ll lead day-to-day operations during the early phases—coordinating subcontractors, supervising site teams, and ensuring safety, quality, and programme performance from the outset.

You will need to travel across multiple sites, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and managing pre-construction activities across several sites, before moving into the delivery phase on assigned locations.

You’ll coordinate:

Site surveys

Access arrangements

Temporary works

Management plans

Early enabling works

You’ll also work closely with Project Managers and Engineering teams to maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Site Agent with experience in civil engineering—ideally within water or utilities projects.

You should have:

An HNC or higher in Civil Engineering

SMSTS and a valid CSCS card

Proven experience managing site activities from planning through delivery

Strong working knowledge of CDM regulations, RAMS, and temporary works

Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills are a must, along with the flexibility to work across multiple locations as needed.
