Project Planner

Project Planner – Longcross, Surrey – Prime Residential Refurbishment

Our client is known for high quality residential refurbishments in and around London, and they are looking for a Project Planner to join them for an initial 3 year project with work to follow after this.

Important details for a Project Planner applying for this role:

* Creating, maintaining and reviewing a programme of work

* Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget

* Liaising with surveyors, engineers and architects

* Producing progress reports and forecasts for team members, clients and stakeholders

* Breaking large jobs down into phases of development

* Using project management tools to plan timeframes

* Working with estimators to calculate the resources needed for a project

* Planning contingency programmes in case timeframes change

* Meeting with contractors and suppliers

* Demonstrating knowledge of construction

* Writing bids for tender

* Working between offices and construction sites.

Key skills for a Project Co-ordinator:

Previous experience from working in a similar role.

Excellent communicator with great attention to detail

Ability to work on their own as well as taking direction from others

Manages there time effectively

*

Works to tight deadlines and handles several tasks/projects at the same time. .
