Site Manager

EA Associates are looking for a Site Manager to join a well-respected main contractor delivering a high-end residential scheme in East London.
The RC frame is now up, and we need someone to take full control from this stage – managing everything from the empty frame right through to handover. You’ll be overseeing the full envelope, internal fit-out, and all finishing works on a luxury apartment development.
The Role

Take ownership of the site from frame stage onwards.
*
Manage day-to-day operations, subcontractors, and programme.
*
Drive quality and ensure the project is delivered to high-end standards.
*
Coordinate with the Project Manager and design team to resolve site issues.
*
Oversee all works through to final snag and client handover.
About You
*
Strong background delivering RC frame residential or mixed-use projects.
*
Experience managing envelope, fit-out, and finishing stages.
*
Keen eye for detail – takes pride in top-quality workmanship.
*
Confident leader with excellent organisational and communication skills.
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified.
