Finishing Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join our team on a large new-build residential development at Merrick Place, Southall. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all finishing and snagging works to ensure the project is delivered to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all finishing trades on site.

Ensure all works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Carry out detailed snagging inspections and manage close-out processes using Rdrive or similar snagging software.

*

Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, and the client team to resolve issues efficiently.

*

Oversee progress, quality, and health & safety compliance throughout finishing stages.

*

Ensure high standards of presentation and workmanship across all completed units.

*

Report regularly on progress and outstanding works.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on large residential new-build projects.

*

Strong working knowledge of finishing trades and sequencing.

*

Experience using Rdrive or equivalent snagging and quality management software.

*

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple finishing teams and work to tight deadlines.

*

CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, and First Aid certifications are desirable
