Job Title: Permanent OCDEA (SAP) Assessor
Location: Macclesfield (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled OCDEA (SAP) Assessor to join a growing team in Macclesfield on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in OCDEA, SAP, TM59, SBEM, and LCA, providing energy assessments and consultancy services for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct SAP assessments for new and existing residential buildings.
– Perform TM59 and SBEM calculations for non-residential buildings.
– Utilize LCA methodologies to assess and reduce environmental impact.
– Provide expert advice on energy efficiency and sustainability practices.
– Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and regulatory compliance.
– Collaborate with architects, developers, and engineers to optimize building designs for energy performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Certification as an OCDEA (On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor).
– Proficiency in SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) calculations.
– Experience with TM59, SBEM, and LCA assessments.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
