Quantity Surveyor

A respected and long-established construction cost consultancy in Holborn is seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career-focused Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious developments across the high-end residential, hotel, and mixed-use sectors.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will support a close-knit team of cost consultants delivering high-quality projects across London and the Southeast. Acting as both Employer's Agent and Contract Administrator, you'll work on new build and refurbishment schemes typically ranging from £10m to £80m.

This is an ideal role for a Quantity Surveyor with solid consultancy experience who is now looking to take ownership of projects while continuing to receive mentoring from experienced Directors. You'll be involved in both pre and post-contract duties and have regular client-facing responsibilities.

The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
2-4 years' experience within a UK construction consultancy
Progressing towards or recently achieved MRICS
Confident working across full project lifecycle
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Experience in residential, hotel, or mixed-use sectors preferredIn Return?

£45,000 – £60,000 (dependant on experience)
