Key Responsibilities

Deliver full quantity surveying and cost consultancy services across project lifecycles.

Prepare cost plans, estimates, tender documentation, and contracts.

Undertake feasibility studies, value engineering, and cost analysis.

Provide expert advice on procurement, risk, and contract administration.

*

Monitor project costs and produce detailed financial reports.

*

Foster and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

*

Support and mentor junior team members as required.

Candidate Requirements

*

MRICS qualified (essential).

*

Proven experience in the construction or property sector — ideally within commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.

Strong understanding of JCT and NEC contract forms.

*

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Confident, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
