M&E Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mechanical and electrical installation projects across our client base. You will oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of M&E installation projects
Develop project programmes, resource plans, and budgets
Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory, and client requirements
Maintain accurate project records and progress reports
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and updates
Monitor costs, variations, and commercial performance
Drive continuous improvement in delivery standardsSkills & Experience

Proven experience managing mechanical and/or electrical projects in a commercial environment
Strong understanding of M&E installation methods, regulations, and compliance
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Strong commercial awareness with experience in cost control and contract administration
