Contracts Manager
Location: Hammersmith, London
Duration: 6 Weeks (Starting 27th October)
Rate: Negotiable (CIS or LTD Payment Options Available)
Our client, a specialist subcontractor working in partnership with a Tier 1 main contractor, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the handover and close-out of a £1m joinery package on a major London project.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for ensuring a smooth and professional transition through the final stages of delivery, including managing client communication, coordinating final documentation, and supporting site teams to achieve full completion and sign-off.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the handover and completion of a high-value joinery package.
Liaise with the Tier 1 main contractor and project stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
Manage documentation, QA, and final project close-out processes.
Support site management teams with any outstanding coordination or issue resolution.
Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained throughout the final stages.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within the joinery, fit-out, or interiors sector.
Strong understanding of Tier 1 contractor processes and project handovers.
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
Available to start on 27th October and commit for the full 6-week period.
This is a freelance position, offering flexibility and competitive day rates for the right individual.
