A respected multidisciplinary consultancy based in London is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of commercial and mixed-use developments across the capital. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with a strong client-facing background and the confidence to deliver from feasibility through to handover.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading key projects, managing stakeholders, and overseeing external consultants. The Senior Project Manager will also provide mentoring to junior team members and play a role in business development. Candidates should be experienced in managing multiple concurrent schemes and comfortable working in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior Project Manager will work on a range of projects including new-build, refurbishment and fit-out schemes within commercial, mixed-use, and residential sectors. The role involves regular liaison with clients, management of procurement and tender processes, budget control, and contractor management.

This opportunity would suit a Senior Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative team, has a proactive approach, and can manage the full lifecycle of a project.

The Senior Project Manager

Degree qualified in a construction-related subject (e.g. Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering)

Chartered or working towards MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent

Proven experience delivering construction projects in a consultancy setting

Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Strong commercial awareness and ability to lead teams independently
