Site Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a live highways and earthworks scheme based in Manchester. This is an immediate start for an 8-week contract, with potential for extension.

Rate: £300 – £350 per day

Responsibilities:

*

Setting out and surveying for highways and earthworks

*

Managing quality control and site records

*

Liaising with site management and subcontractors

*

Ensuring health & safety compliance on site

*

Contributing to progress reports and site meetings

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in highways and earthworks

*

CSCS card and relevant engineering qualifications

*

Ability to work independently and manage site-based engineering tasks

*

Own engineering kit (robot/total station) preferred
