Site Engineer

We’re recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major highways infrastructure project based near Norwich. This is a long-term contract role, running for 18 months, with a start date of 27th October.

Rate: £350 – £400 per day

Role Responsibilities:

*

Setting out for highways works including road construction, drainage, and structures

*

Carrying out quality checks and ensuring work is completed to spec

*

Daily reporting and record keeping

*

Assisting with site safety, subcontractor coordination and logistics

*

Liaising with site managers, design teams and commercial teams

Candidate Requirements:

*

Background in highways and civil engineering projects

*

CSCS card and relevant qualifications (HNC or higher preferred)

*

Competent with setting out equipment and AutoCAD

*

Able to manage setting out independently and communicate effectively
