Site Supervisor

TXM Recruit are looking for experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to work across a wide variety of projects on commercial premises across the Westfield London area.

Key responsibilities

· Contribute to the preparation of conceptual and detailed project documentation and designs

· Leading successful projects and working within a large site team .

· Engage confidently with clients, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Promote and maintain a robust Health & Safety culture, proactively ensuring compliance with all statutory and project-specific procedures.

· Manage electrical and mechanical operatives, including coordination of relevant subcontractors.

· Work in accordance with detailed project programmes, ensuring all construction stages are completed on time and in line with contractual obligations.

· Oversee and ensure successful implementation of project commissioning, handover procedures, and documentation to achieve full client satisfaction.

Salary £50,960 per annum / £24.50 per hour

Qualifications & Skills

· Previous Site Supervision Experience

· 18th Edition

· SSSTS

· Full UK clean driving license
