Multi-Skilled Engineer

Multi Skilled Engineer – TXM Recruit are currently working with a property management company who provide a dedicated VIP service to worldwide clientele, and we are looking for an Multi Skilled Engineer to work across their Newmarket Estate.

Location – Newmarket only

· Salary – £42,000.00 + £3000 overtime allowance

· Hours – 8/9am to 4/5pm – Monday to Friday

· Weekends – 1-in-4 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday, during peak periods)

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, generators, and related machinery.

· Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions promptly.

· Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of mechanical systems.

· Respond quickly to emergency repair requests, minimizing downtime and disruptions to estate operations.

· Collaborate with team members, contractors, and external service providers to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and installations.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory management.

Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

* Qualification to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

* Full UK driving license
