Produce building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Manage and deliver on a range of retail and commercial projects through their entire lifecycle
Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and other internal and external team membersSkills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

Degree within architectural technology
Strong post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
Proficient with Vectorworks
Job running experience
Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
Experience working on projects within the commercial or retail sector
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
