Project Manager

Our client, a D&B main contractor, is seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to run a £4m CAT A commercial office fit-out in London’s West End.

The project spans 42,000 sq ft and will run over an 18-week programme, with a 2-week break over Christmas.

You’ll join immediately for a 3-week lead-in period and take full responsibility for delivering the scheme from start to finish. This is a client-facing role, acting as No.1 on site, with full ownership of programme, subcontractor coordination, quality, and H&S.

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering CAT A commercial office fit-outs as No.1
Strong client-facing and coordination skills
Valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification Excellent opportunity to lead a high-profile project with full autonomy on site.
