Site Supervisor

A leading construction and facilities management company is seeking a Site Supervisor to join the team in Long Bennington, on a full time, permanent basis. Having been established for over 50 years they are a forward-thinking business, with an excellent reputation. Delivering schemes across commercial & residential refurb and build. For this position you will be working within the social housing sector, across the surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver subcontractor inductions and record social value contributions.

* Lead regular Toolbox Talks and daily activity briefings.

* Supervise contractor activities and ensure smooth on-site operations.

* Maintain accurate site records using relevant management systems.

* Manage day to day delivery of retrofit energy efficiency upgrades.

* Allocate labour, materials, and equipment efficiently.

* Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to required standards.

* Communicate effectively with clients, residents, and stakeholders throughout the project.

Requirements

* NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent in Construction Management, Site Supervision, or a related discipline

* Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme) certification

* Gold or White CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card

* Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within retrofit energy efficiency projects or the wider construction sector

* Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and industry standards

* Proven track record in coordinating site activities and managing resources efficiently

* Full UK driving license
