Barker Ross is currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshall to join a new site in Swavesey (Cambridge, CB24).

📅 Start Date: Monday, 20th October
⏰ Hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm (9.5 hours paid)
💷 Pay Rate: £15.00 – £15.50 per hour
📆 Duration: 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and manage vehicle and plant movement on site

Maintain site safety at all times

Assist with general site duties when required

Communicate effectively with site management and drivers

Requirements:

Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket (essential)

CSCS card (preferred)

Must be proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious

Previous site experience essential
