The Company

A Civil Engineering company which has been operating for over 20 years- they specialise in infrastructure and water contracting around Yorkshire and other areas of the country.

The Project

As an experienced Site Engineer, you will work on a Water infrastructure projects including drainage, water treatment works, Flood Alleviation and Environmental Agency projects.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

CSCS Card
Driving Licence
HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

For this role it is essential that you hold the following experience below;

2 years + experience as a Setting out / Site Engineer on civil engineering projects
Ideally has experience as a Site Engineer on Water Infrastructure developments

Reporting to: Site Manager

Duties

Supervising Works
Overseeing excavations
Attend in-house progress meetings
Setting out and surveying of the site
Setting up and maintaining site control
Setting Out Sites and Organising Facilities
Ensuring compliance with works standards
Checking deliveries before being signed for
To Ensure work is completed to the correct quality
attend Team Briefs & carry out briefings when needed
Checking and Preparing Site Reports, Designs and Drawings
Aid in organising and supervise temporary works when required
Liaising With Clients, Subcontractors and Other Professional Staff
Ensure site progress pictures are taken and filed during each stake of the development
Setting out for earthworks, drainage, structures, groundworks, concrete works and general civils
