Responsibilities

* Direct and manage the flow of traffic in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.

* Monitor vehicle movements to prevent congestion and ensure smooth transitions.

* Communicate effectively with drivers, pedestrians, and other personnel to provide clear instructions.

* Conduct regular inspections of traffic management equipment to ensure proper functioning.

* Assist in the maintenance of road signs, barriers, and other traffic control devices.

* Report any incidents or hazards immediately to the appropriate authorities.

* Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services as required during incidents.

Skills

* Strong management skills to oversee traffic flow and enforce safety measures.

* Proficient in maintenance tasks related to traffic control equipment.

* Valid driving licence with a good understanding of road safety regulations.

* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with the public and team members.

* Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in dynamic environments
