We are recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor to carry out condition surveys on a wide range of residential properties, including houses, flats, and blocks.
* Conduct detailed stock condition surveys
* Work across a variety of property types (occupied)
* Immediate start available
Candidates should have the following experience and accreditation.
* Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor
* Own transport
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Work self-employed outside IR35, paid per day, long-term contract available
