Estimator – Main Contractor – West London – £70,000 to £90,000 + package

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join a successful and growing Main Contractor based in West London.

This family-owned business has built a strong reputation for delivering New Build, Refurbishment, and Maintenance projects across various sectors, with individual project values up to £10m and an annual turnover of around £50m.

The Role:

Preparing accurate cost estimates for New Build, Refurbishment, and Maintenance projects

Working closely with the Directors, Pre-Construction, and Commercial teams

*

Managing tender enquiries, pricing, and take-offs

*

Attending client and site meetings as required

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as an Estimator with a Main Contractor

*

Strong knowledge of various forms of construction and procurement methods

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

*

A proactive attitude and team-focused approach

Salary & Benefits:
