An established, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their vibrant London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on high-profile commercial office fit-out schemes while gaining exposure to a wide variety of sectors.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

This role is ideal for a Project Quantity Surveyor who is confident managing both pre and post-contract duties, thrives in a client-facing role, and is keen to step up towards Senior level in the near future.

The Project Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc) or equivalent.
MRICS or working towards chartership.
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy.
Solid pre & post-contract experience.
Commercial fit out experience highly desirable.
A successful track record leading projects independently.In Return?
