Senior Site Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality residential developments with a strong focus on timber frame construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations from groundwork through to handover

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively

*

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

*

Drive construction programmes to meet key deadlines and budgets

*

Maintain exceptional quality control and attention to detail throughout each phase

*

Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

*

Provide strong leadership and mentorship to site teams

Requirements

*

Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager on residential housing projects

*

Strong experience in timber frame construction is essential

*

Excellent knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and technical drawings

*

Up-to-date SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications

*

Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills

*

Ability to drive projects from inception to completion
