We are representing a leading international design firm recognised for delivering interiors across the retail, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors. With studios across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, our client is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is looking to expand its Business Development team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, commercially minded professional to join a globally respected design studio and play a key role in strengthening client relationships and securing new business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients through outbound calls and proactive outreach across international markets, particularly within retail and hospitality. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and design teams to develop new leads, support bid submissions, and maintain long-term partnerships that align with the studio’s creative vision.

We’re seeking someone with proven experience in business development or sales within the architectural, interior design, or wider built-environment sector, someone confident in presenting design services to decision-makers, with the professionalism and persistence to convert conversations into opportunities.
