Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager for a fit out contractor based in Central London. Our client is looking for a a seasoned PM that can take a £7m commercial white box project through to hand over.

Job Responsibilities
You will be required to keep your project organised, on schedule and on budget – liaise with your site team regularly including the client, the architect, the clients PM and cost manager. You will be responsible for the creating and managing programme, having a clear understanding of all aspects of the project and delegating tasks accordingly.
You will head up meetings with all stakeholders, bringing in your team when required to allow them to take ownership of their responsibilities, elevating them and instilling trust in. Plan and manage toolbox talks and inductions. Being prepared to present to subcontractors if required or delegating to your senior site manager.
Preparing regular reports to help inform stakeholders of progress, potential risk areas, especially relating to any potential impact to design and cost.
Managing a high level of Health & Safety on site. Ensuring all operatives are working safely and efficiently. Setting these high standards with your site managers will be essential to this success.
Liaising with building control and government bodies when and if required.
Managing performance of your team and site operatives, leaning on your senior management if required to help you with any difficulties or disciplinary action.
Location: All projects will be within London (mainly focused between zones 1-4), you will not be asked to travel or work beyond.
