Job Title: Architectural Technician / Project Lead

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician / Project Lead to join a respected London-based architectural practice specialising in technical delivery, project implementation, and construction documentation.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality CAT A and CAT B commercial office fit-out projects, taking responsibility through RIBA Stages 4–5. You’ll lead project delivery, working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination from technical design through to construction on site.

Applicants must demonstrate strong technical skills, with a proven ability to produce and manage detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD. A sound understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ UK experience in architectural practice, particularly in commercial sectors. You must be confident leading project teams, coordinating with external consultants, and handling delivery responsibilities.

Requirements:

* Excellent Revit skills

* Strong delivery experience in RIBA Stages 4–5

* Experience in CAT A/B commercial office fit-outs

* Excellent coordination and communication skills
