Head of Land Regeneration – Construction

As Head of Land Regeneration, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects — from tender and planning through to delivery and completion. This is a strategic leadership role where your expertise will guide teams, shape operational standards, and ensure project success.

Lead and manage in-house construction teams and subcontractors

Identify and secure new business opportunities through competitive tendering

Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Act as the main point of contact for clients, engineers, and key stakeholders
