Job Title: Architectural Technician / Project Lead – Data Centre Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technician / Project Lead to join a leading London-based architectural practice with a strong reputation in technical delivery. This role is focused on the design and coordination of complex Data Centre projects, requiring deep technical knowledge, precision, and leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects through RIBA Stages 3–5, coordinating technical information, and ensuring seamless integration with consultant and contractor teams. A clear understanding of the specific requirements involved in data centre design and implementation is essential.

You must demonstrate expert-level Revit and BIM capabilities, with experience working in a collaborative BIM environment, producing and managing high-quality, fully coordinated technical drawing packages.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience delivering data centre or similar high-spec technical facilities

* Expert proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows

* Strong understanding of delivery standards, coordination processes, and technical detailing

* Solid knowledge of UK building regulations and standards

* Experience working through RIBA Stages 3–5 in a UK architectural practice

* Strong communication and project coordination skills
