Location: South East England
Salary: £75,000 + Full Package
Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven track record delivering care home or healthcare developments from start to finish? This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable main contractor with a strong pipeline of design & build projects across the South East.
The Opportunity:
You’ll take the lead on multiple care home construction projects, managing delivery teams and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-spec residential and healthcare schemes, and they’re now looking for a talented leader to help drive continued success.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple live construction projects from pre-construction through to handover
*
Lead and motivate Site Managers and Project Teams across several developments
*
Ensure all projects meet programme, budget, and quality targets
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
*
Drive compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
About You:

Proven experience managing care home or extra care projects
*
Strong background in main contracting and design & build delivery
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
*
Commercially astute with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
*
Happy to travel between sites across the South East region
