Site Manager
Fraser Edwards is actively looking for a talented and experienced Site Manager to take charge of operations across the Henlow to Huntingdon area. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on managing a team and ensuring high standards across response and voids maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of 10–12 operatives on a daily basis.
* Oversee response and voids works, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.
* Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads efficiently across multiple sites.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Maintain and promote a culture of health & safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* SMSTS qualification (essential).
* Proven experience managing response and voids contracts or similar property maintenance projects.
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
