About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team, supporting infrastructure and construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in cost management, contract administration, and project delivery under the NEC suite of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of cost control, including forecasting, valuations, and final accounts
Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts, ensuring compliance with contract procedures
Prepare and review payment applications, compensation events, and variations
Support project managers with commercial and contractual advice
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain effective communication
Provide accurate cost reporting and risk management input

Requirements:

Proven experience working under NEC contracts (NEC3 or NEC4)
Strong understanding of cost management and change control processes
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
