Fire & Security Service Engineer (Fire Bias)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer (Fire Bias) to join a regional team operating across Leeds and West Yorkshire. This is a field-based role focused primarily on the service, maintenance, and fault-finding of commercial fire detection systems, working with established clients in education, healthcare, retail and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive servicing of Fire Alarm Systems
Fault-finding, diagnostics and remedial works on addressable and conventional fire panels
Occasional small works and minor commissioning if required
Accurate completion of reports, worksheets and compliance documentation
Working to British Standards (BS 5839) and site-specific safety procedures
Providing a professional service and maintaining strong client relationships
Desired Experience
Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Good working knowledge of leading fire panels (e.g., Advanced, Kentec, C-TEC, Gent, Morley)
Ability to work independently across commercial environments
Full UK Driving Licence
Bonus (not essential): Experience with CCTV, Access Control or Intruder Alarms
