Commercial Manager – West London / Hybrid – £60,000 to £74,000 per annum
My client is recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join the team working on the largest infrastructure project in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in one of the UK’s most ambitious and high-profile developments.
Role Overview:
As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for delivering commercial activities within the delivery teams. Working closely with the supply chain and contractors, you will ensure that contracts are managed effectively and deliver demonstrable value for money throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide commercial support and decision-making across the business contracts.

Manage and administer high-value, delivery-critical contracts to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with contractors and suppliers.
*
Ensure all contracts deliver value for money and meet governance and compliance standards.
*
Support stakeholder management across multiple parties, maintaining clear communication and collaboration.
*
Uphold governance and process controls across all commercial activities.
Experience & Skills Required:

Proven experience managing and administering high-value, complex contracts within major infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
*
Strong understanding of NEC3 contracts.
*
Demonstrated ability to manage commercial negotiations and deliver project value.
*
Experience engaging with multiple stakeholder groups.
*
Knowledge of governance and risk management in large project environments.

Salary: £60,000 – £74,000 per annum
