Assistant Site Manager

We’re working with an award-winning national housebuilder who are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their flagship development in Stirling.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a long-term, high-profile project that’s still in its infancy – with more than two years of build activity ahead and the chance to play a key role from the very beginning.

The Role
As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager and wider project team to ensure homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards the brand is known for. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day site coordination, health and safety compliance, subcontractor supervision, and quality inspections – gaining exposure across all stages of the build process.

About You

Experienced in new build housing – ideally from a volume or high-spec background

Excellent understanding of NHBC standards and H&S procedures

*

Confident communicator and proactive problem solver

*

SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred
