About the Role
We’re looking for a hardworking, highly organised, and detail-focused individual to join the team as a Document Controller. This role involves managing and maintaining project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth communication across projects. You’ll collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure information is properly controlled, distributed, and stored in line with industry standards. This position plays a key part in supporting both site and office staff and ensuring all records are current and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
* Organise and manage all project documentation following company procedures
* Strong Knowledge in EDMS
* Maintain version control for drawings, specs, and technical files
* Distribute documents promptly to teams, subcontractors, and clients
* Support both site and office teams with accurate records and registers
* Ensure all documentation complies with internal and client systems
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in Large Utility Scale projects
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience in project administration or document control
* Familiar with construction or engineering environments
* Able to manage document flow and version tracking efficiently
* Comfortable working with multiple teams and handling audits
