Location: Solar Farm, NR14
Duration: 8 weeks
Start: mid November
Day Rate: £220–£230 per day

Overview:
Enable Resourcing is seeking experienced Mechanical Operatives to support structure and module installation works on a solar farm project in the NR14 area.

Responsibilities:

* Assemble and install solar PV racking and support structures.

* Install and align modules, torque fixings, and centre clamps.

* Assist with junction box installations and general snagging.

* Support site cleaning and material handling as required.

* Follow QA and health & safety procedures under supervision.

Requirements:

* Previous experience on solar farm or mechanical assembly projects.

* CSCS card (required).

* Manual Handling and Working at Height (preferred).

* Experience using torque wrenches and hand tools.

* Reliable and safety-focused team player
