A leading M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead to oversee and coordinate all commissioning activities across a major project in London. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you'll be responsible for ensuring all systems are tested, commissioned, and handed over in line with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead all commissioning activities, managing subcontractors and direct labour.
Develop and implement commissioning procedures and ensure full compliance.
Coordinate with all trades to deliver seamless commissioning programmes.
Conduct quality control inspections and witness testing across all systems.
Support project engineers with ITCA activities, handover documentation, and QA/QC records.
Review and assist in preparing commissioning RAMS.
Report progress and technical findings to the project team and client representatives.
Support health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout the commissioning process. About You:

Proven experience in leading commissioning activities within M&E contracting.
Strong commercial understanding and technical knowledge of building services systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
