A Project Manager is required by a well-established, forward-thinking consultancy based in North London, known for delivering high-quality schemes across residential, education, and commercial sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career and work on a diverse portfolio of projects.

The successful Project Manager will be joining a supportive team offering full chartership support (RICS, APM, CIOB) and the chance to lead their own schemes from pre-construction through to delivery. This role would suit a client-facing Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment and has the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will work across several live projects, acting as the day-to-day contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. Projects typically range in value from £1m to £50m, and you will be expected to lead meetings, monitor progress, and ensure project delivery to time, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities include risk management, procurement advice, preparation of reports, and managing the design process. There is also the opportunity for a Project Manager to support with business development activities and mentoring junior staff.

The Project Manager

Degree in a construction-related discipline

Minimum 3+ years' experience in a consultancy or client-side environment

Chartered or working towards (MRICS / MCIOB / MAPM)

Strong understanding of pre and post-contract project management

Excellent communication and leadership skills
