Job Title: Architectural Technician / Technologist

Location: Manchester

Salary: £32-42,000 DOE

A talented, motivated, and dynamic individual is sought to join the Manchester studio as an Architectural Technician / Technologist. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-quality projects, collaborating with an experienced team in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The successful candidate will have sufficient post-qualification experience and be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Experience attending site meetings is advantageous but not essential.

Support and develop detailed project information from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
Coordinate day-to-day project information among the design team
Liaise directly with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
Attend design team and site meetings to support project delivery
Update and issue working drawing packs and associated technical informationIdeal Candidate

Experienced in Revit and AutoCAD with strong technical knowledge
Able to manage workload effectively and meet project deadlines
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Collaborative and proactive approach within a team environment
UK driving licence preferred as projects are located throughout the UK
