The Role
We are looking for an experienced Bathroom Finisher to join Marlowe's growing team. You will play a key role in completing repair and refurbishment projects to the highest standard, ensuring every detail meets our company’s quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out finishing works such as tiling, flooring, grouting, sealant application, and snagging

* Complete bathroom and kitchen installations to a professional standard

* Undertake plaster patching, painting, and decorating as needed to achieve a perfect finish

* Work from job sheets and liaise with contract managers to ensure timely completion

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all sites

* Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Finisher, Multi-Trader, or Bathroom Fitter

* Strong skills in tiling, flooring, sealants, and final detailing

* Ability to complete minor plastering and decorating work

* Full UK driving licence (preferred)

* Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
