A leading Hampshire-based joinery and fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The company specialises in carpentry/joinery installation projects across luxury residential, commercial, and heritage projects.

Key aspects

* Manage financial and contractual aspects of multiple joinery and fit-out projects across London/South East

* Prepare valuations, variations, cost reports, and final accounts

* Support tendering and pricing for bespoke joinery packages

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

* Ensure projects meet commercial and contractual requirements

About you

* Proven track record as a QS within joinery, fit-out, or interiors (UK)

* Strong understanding of bespoke carpentry/joinery installation

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying
