A well-established and growing Principal Contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team on a long-term data centre project in Hemel Hempstead. This company has seen consistent growth year-on-year, delivering projects directly for end-user clients across commercial, data centre, and specialist sectors. The Role

Managing a data centre project based in Hemel Hempstead.
Reporting to the Project Lead on site.
Overseeing Busbar replacements, Switch Panel upgrades, UPS upgrades, and containment installations.
Working closely with site teams and clients to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
Use of management software systems such as Procore or similar is essential.
Long-term role with future project opportunities following completion.
Salary & Package

£70,000 – £80,000 + £5,000 travel allowance
2x bonus schemes: Company bonus (first £3,500 tax-free) & Project-based bonus (per project completed)
