Elitehire Solutions are representing a well-established, family-run Mechanical Building Services Contractor who’ve built an excellent name over the years for quality workmanship, reliability, and long-term client relationships.

They work across the commercial and industrial sectors, delivering everything from plantroom upgrades to large-scale mechanical installations — always with a hands-on, personal approach that sets them apart.

They’re now looking for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join the team and take the lead on multiple projects from start to finish. You’ll be involved in everything from pre-construction planning to client handover, managing engineers, subcontractors and suppliers along the way.

What you’ll be doing:

*

Running mechanical projects typically ranging from £250k–£2m

*

Managing labour, materials and subcontractor performance

*

Leading progress meetings and maintaining strong client relationships

*

Ensuring jobs are delivered safely, on time and to spec

*

Providing technical and commercial input during tender/design stages

*

Working closely with electrical teams on full M&E packages

What we’re looking for:

*

Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager (or Project Manager)

*

Solid background in commercial or industrial building services

*

Good working knowledge of HVAC, pipework and plantroom systems

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

Someone who values teamwork, pride in delivery, and a no-nonsense attitude
