Core Group is Hiring – Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for our client’s ongoing project in the London (EC1V) area.

Job Title: Site Manager
Location: London, EC1V
Pay Rate: £280–£290 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (9 hours per shift)
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: Thursday, 23/10/2025

Requirements:

SSSTS qualification

Black Managers CSCS Card

Valid First Aid certificate

Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage site operations and ensure high-quality standards

Health & Safety awareness

Own PPE

Duties include:

Overseeing daily site activities and coordinating trades

Ensuring health and safety compliance on-site

Monitoring project progress and maintaining timelines

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and the project team

Managing quality control and resolving on-site issues efficiently
