Mechanical Project Manager

3D Personnel is working with a respected Building Services Contractor which is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to support project delivery across their projects in London.

The Role

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will:

* Lead the delivery of projects in London.

* Spend 2 days per week working from the Surrey office, with the remainder split between site visits and remote work.

* Collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

* Drive project performance, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage mechanical installations from pre-construction through to completion.

* Coordinate design, procurement, and site operations.

* Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels of the business.

* Uphold health & safety standards and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

* Experience working for a Building Services Contractor.

* Ideally qualified through a Mechanical trade background.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to build rapport across teams and stakeholders.

* Organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple priorities.

What’s On Offer
