Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have a role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with the City of London office of a leading Southern Ireland-headquartered main contractor on a £20m health care facility project starting in December in Wimbledon.

A site-based role, the project is a further award from a repeat client and promises a pipeline of similar high end healthcare and retirement facilities in prestigious locations throughout the capital.

The Opportunity

* Cradle to grave responsibility for the agreeing of trade accounts and optimising of client payments on prestigious, high profile Greater London developments.

* A pipeline of profitable contracts in the £20m to £80 value range.

Candidate Essentials

* BSc Quantity Surveying or BSc Construction Management qualified.

* 10+ years’ experience with a major projects main contractor or self-build developer.

* A track record of successful commercial management on building major projects in London.

With interviews available from w/c Monday 27th October, salary is a highly competitive £80k to £90k + package
