Electrical Lead – Frankfurt

A leading international contractor, renowned for delivering large-scale and technically complex projects across Europe, is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to join their team on a high-profile data centre project in Frankfurt.

This is a permanent position offering long-term work with a strong pipeline of future projects across the region. The role would suit a driven electrical professional with proven leadership experience on major MEP or mission-critical builds.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all electrical installation and commissioning activities on site.

*

Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily site operations.

*

Ensure project delivery in line with safety, quality, and programme expectations.

*

Liaise with project management, design teams, and client representatives.

*

Drive quality assurance, inspections, and handover documentation.

*

Lead weekly planning meetings and ensure alignment with construction milestones.

*

Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the site electrical team.

*

Report progress, risks, and resource needs to senior management.

Requirements:

*

EU passport – essential for site access and compliance.

*

5+ years’ experience in electrical leadership roles on large-scale industrial or data centre projects.

*

Strong understanding of electrical systems: LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, fire alarm, and controls.

*

Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and technical delivery.

*

Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

*

Relevant trade or engineering qualification in electrical discipline.
